Carnegies Deli - Pastrami
If you're ever in Manhattan this is s must . Pastrami on rye with mustard and pickles st the fantastic Carnegies Deli on 7th Avenue,
Jerk chicken - Ochi
It doesn't look 'haute cuisine', but boy was it tasty - yummy in my tummy.
This is fabulous jerk chicken with rice and peas, with a cheeky fried dumpling, all for the knockout price of £5. It was just a nice heat, packed full of flavour from the fabulous OCHI takeaway next to Shepherds Bush tube. I will return will and try the curried goat or cow foot soup! Worth a visit just to check out celeb photos on the wall.
"eeeaaarrr...miiiiii....naaaaw". Big up

Kiraki - Ealing Common
This is my favourite sushi bar, Kiraki in Ealing Common, always a warm welcome accompanied with a free a cup of green tea, whilst they freshly make your Sushi in front of your eyes.
Birth of a Blog
Im bored! I work a 40 hour week, keeping the streets clean and wanted to do something different from watching TV, playing XBOX and performing in front of an imaginary 50,000 people at Wembley on my VDRUMS.
I've never been good at expressing myself, but I needed to do something different to ease the daily pain of middle life boredom and causing constant irritation to my wonderful girlfriend. God knows how it happened, but I stumbled upon and discovered the world of blogs!
So, I have taken the plunge and decided to give it a go and blog every now and then about what I know and like best: eating and drinking.
